Super gonorrhea is a drug resistant strain of gonorrhea that has mutated from the original gonorrhea bacteria strain. This strain causes similar signs and symptoms, but is not responsive to typical forms of treatment.
More About Super Gonorrhea
The super gonorrhea strain has been called untreatable because it is drug resistant. As with typical strains of gonorrhea, not every infected individual shows symptoms. Whether or not the symptoms are visible in infected individuals, the STI can cause serious damage to the reproductive system and is especially harmful to pregnant women.
